Interception within a group

This option allows to answer an incoming call, addressed to one user, by another user, while the call is in progress and is not answered yet. It is convenient in case if one user can see that the other user is not around.

To intercept a call, addressed to a user, press “*8” number during the call. This combination can be changed in the “number for call interception” of the “settings” tab.

Important: call interception can be performed only within one phone number group!

For example: The call, addressed to number 144 – Maria can be intercepted only by 155 – Kate. The call, addressed to number 133 – Kolya can be intercepted only by 101 – Vanya or 159 – Andrew. The call, addressed to number 100 – Dima can be intercepted only by 159 – Andrew

This type of call interception is for interception of an incoming call to a particular internal number despite number’s group.

To intercept the call, addressed to another user, during the call dial ** (by default) + internal number of the user.
